About The Program
At J&P, we celebrate your milestones! After completing your first year with us, you’ll receive a special J&P backpack to mark the occasion. As part of our J&P Journeys program, we invite employees to share photos of their backpack on memorable journeys or adventures. Whether it’s a scenic hike, a landmark visit, or a meaningful moment, we want to see where your backpack takes you. Each quarter, we’ll draw a winner from the submissions for a $500 prize. It’s just one more reason to join the J&P family—apply today and start your journey with us!
How it Works
- Receive your J&P Backpack after your 1-year anniversary.
- Share your journey with a photo and brief description.
- Submit your entry to Journeys@jpassetmanagement.com.
- Win exciting prizes through a quarterly drawing.
